PS: try to contact the place you would like to work in before and after submitting the application so you can make sure you will get it!
Do always remember to submit the financial aid application to the office of financial aid in Zakhem building (above the universities’ cafeteria):
- At the end of the spring semester if you are an old student at the university.
- At the end of the fall semester if you are a new student at the university.

What are the papers you need to submit other than the financial aid application?
من أجل تثبيت المعلومات المذكورة في الطلب يجب تقديم إفاداة و تقارير عن كل المصاريف المذكورة في الطلب:
إخراج قيد عائلي لا يتجاوز تاريخ إصداره مدة 6 أشهر.
تقارير طبية عن أية مشكلة صحية مذكورة في "المصاريف الطبية" في الطلب.
إفادة بالأقساط المدرسية أو الجامعية للأخوة.
إفادة بالدخل الشهري للأهل.

Do always remember to pay the payment :P. You have 15 days to pay it after the “on or before” date stated on the payment.
