When should i submit the work and the financial aid applications ?

Do always remember to submit the work application at the beginning of each semester.

You need to submit this application three times during the academic year.

What are the conditions to get student work?

-          Having an average above 70.

-          Being in the university more than one semester.

You need to check with OSA to see whether you got the work.

PS: try to contact the place you would like to work in before and after submitting the application so you can make sure you will get it!

Do always remember to submit the financial aid application to the office of financial aid in Zakhem building (above the universities’ cafeteria):

-          At the end of the spring semester if you are an old student at the university.

-          At the end of the fall semester if you are a new student at the university.

What are the papers you need to submit other than the financial aid application?

من أجل تثبيت المعلومات المذكورة في الطلب يجب تقديم إفاداة و تقارير عن كل المصاريف المذكورة في الطلب:

إخراج قيد عائلي لا يتجاوز تاريخ إصداره مدة 6 أشهر.

تقارير طبية عن أية مشكلة صحية مذكورة في "المصاريف الطبية" في الطلب.

إفادة بالأقساط المدرسية أو الجامعية للأخوة.

إفادة بالدخل الشهري للأهل.

In case of receiving financial support from the university, you will get an email to your Balamand email.

Do always remember to pay the payment :P. You have 15 days to pay it after the “on or before” date stated on the payment.
